What services do you offer for homes?

How long does installation take?

It depends on the size and scope of the job. Standard split system: typically 4-8 hours; multi-split: 1-2 days; ducted: 1-2 days. Most standard installations are completed within a day, while larger or more complex projects may take a few days. We’ll always provide a clear timeline upfront.

Do I qualify for a VEU rebate?

Most Victorian homes and businesses can access VEU discounts. Eligibility depends on the type of upgrade and your property. Our team can assess your situation and let you know if you qualify under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program.

Do you handle the rebate paperwork?

Yes — our accredited partner manages VEU paperwork and compliance from start to finish. We even discount the rebate from your initial invoice (VEU upgrades must be done through accredited providers like Coolwire – Airconditioning & Electrical)

What warranties do you offer?

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand; labour warranty is included on our workmanship. Labour warranty is valid considering regular maintenance every 6-12 months.

Do you offer payment plans?
